With decades of combined experience in choreography, performance, education, and tour coordination, we’re dedicated to creating safe, inspiring, and unforgettable experiences for every dancer and their family. Kylie Culff

Director - Dance With Go Tours

With a lifelong passion for dance and education, Kylie brings a wealth of experience and creativity to Dance With Go Tours. As a former dance studio owner of fifteen years, Kylie has choreographed & coordinated countless performances, competitions, and events—skills that now fuel her leadership in crafting unforgettable international dance tours.

In addition to her dance background, Kylie holds a Bachelor of Education and has taught in primary schools for over two decades. Her deep understanding of children’s development and learning makes her a trusted and caring guide for young performers and their families.

Kylie’s journey into the travel industry began with Virgin Australia and later expanded when she became a travel guide for Karen At Go Tours, where she discovered a new passion for combining travel with performance opportunities. Now, as the Director of Dance With Go Tours, Kylie is excited to help dancers take the stage on a global platform.

Ian Culff

Director - Dance With Go Tours

Ian brings strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for customer service to Dance With Go Tours. His career began at McDonald’s, where he rose through the ranks from crew member to senior management over 12.5 years. During that time, he was recognised with multiple awards, including the prestigious Manager of the Year.

Eighteen years ago, Ian transitioned into the travel industry, joining Virgin Blue (now Virgin Australia), where he continues to thrive in a supervisory role. His background in both corporate systems and large-scale customer operations ensures the tours run smoothly, safely, and professionally.

Ian also holds a Working With Children Check, underscoring his commitment to child safety and well-being.

His calm and solutions-focused approach makes him a reliable and reassuring presence on every trip.

Charli Watts

Parade Choreographer

Charli is a passionate and accomplished dancer, choreographer, and teacher who brings energy, creativity, and expertise to every performance. Having danced since the age of 2, Charli has performed and competed around the world, developing a deep love for the art of dance.

After graduating from high school, Charli began teaching at Creative Dance Company, where she prepared students for competitions and choreographed standout routines across various styles. Her talent for choreography and connection with dancers shines through in every production.

Charli holds a Bachelor of Arts and now runs her own dance business, sharing her skills and passion with the next generation of performers. She also holds a Working With Children Check, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all dancers.

As Parade Choreographer, Charli creates dynamic, crowd-pleasing routines that bring the stage—and the streets—to life.
